Thanks for the excellent info and the pix! I thought differences in prototype size might have resulted in a difference, but, the postwar F-3's weren't really scale-sized. As for the FT's more detail, and many more features than the postwar F-3's are clearly a plus. With an ABA consist, I'm sure the fan-driven smoke will be plentiful!
