Found this mandrel at Michaels Craft store.

It is use on the pine wood Derby cars for their truing their wheels.

It come with sandpaper which I will not use, only Scotch Brite and metal polish.

This is a lot better than the screw and nut, plus it is a lt faster.

The metal polish buffs it up like jewelry😊
