How Many for a special run for MTH or Lionel?

Hello All,

I have "heard" that Lionel and MTH will do a special run of a particular car or subway if there is enough interest. Does anyone know how many units Lionel or MTH would need to produce an order. I personally am interested in Philadelphia Broad Street Subway cars for example.
