I bought mine as they came out over the years, with the intent to assemble ten-car trains of each, with a few exceptions. At the moment I have:
- R-42: 2 sets + 1 add-on
- R-17: 2 sets + 1 add-on (silver/blue)
- R-21: 2 sets + 1 add-on (Redbird scheme)
- R-32: 2 sets + 1 add-on (add-on assembled from parts, both cars have the same number)
- R-36: 2 sets + 1 add-on + 2 on flatcars + 1 R33S (World's Fair)
- R-40: 2 sets + 1 add-on
- R-62: 2 sets + 1 add-on
- R-142: 2 (five-car) sets
- Lo-V: 1 set (emulates operational museum consist)
- R-1: 1 set + 1 add-on (emulates operational museum consist minus R-10 prototype)
- CTA 3200 series: 2 sets
- MOW "rider cars": 4
- MOW diesels: 2 RMT Bangs
- Ballast hoppers: 4 (Nassau Hobbies special run)
It seems I have quite a subway fleet...
