I followed GGG's instructions and the quilling whistle works! It's a good effect, although I'd prefer if I didn't have to scroll between SPW to activate it.

Regarding weak sounds - I did a feature reset also as GGG suggested on the PS2.0 steamers and that did the trick - they're back in operation with robust sounds again.

As I am using DCS again the familiarity with the system is slowly coming back to me.
