huge problem with mth sd70ace proto 2

hi everyone! just joined the forum. long story short, i unplugged the battery from the board, plugged it back in, and now when i apply power to the track, the relay clicks a couple of times and i get absolutely nothing out of it. what happened, and what can i do about it? i'm really trying to avoid buying a whole new board, if possible.
