Plastruct has exactly what you need for the steel framing and roof material in styrene sheets. Download the catalog and flip through it.

You could get the same look with less detail using basswood for the framing and the styrene for the roof panels.

A couple of members have posted photos of theirs.

Quite a project, indeed.
