No, your engines have the correct drive wheels. They used smaller wheels on the earlier locomotives and the larger wheels that are on your locomotives, were introduced in 1936, with your locomotives being 1937 versions that used the larger drive wheels and the photo I showed is an engine from c. 1934 or earlier.
