IDM - UMD Trolley

I have a Trolley lDM " city transport 1106" made by UMD. It doesn't move. How do I remove the front truck to get to the screws? I've taken the body, circuit board and weights off but stopped there. What do I need to do? Then I will probably need new gears. Any experience or suggestions? Jerry
