With the help of Mitch Marmel's advice, I removed the truck and looked at the motor. Both worm gears turn but the plastic gears on the axils look worn. Also one red wire is not connected. I may have done that tonight. I will solder the wire on the weekend. If it doesn't solve the problem, I may need a new truck or find axil gears. Jerry
