No, I wouldn't buy one.

I've wondered why nobody has offered that Florida East Coast class of 4-8-2 that the FEC sold off to such railroads as the Western Pacific, the Cotton Belt and that class of 4-8-2 they sold off to the National Railways of Mexico.
