Images of atx 24 pinout diagram I found this and all the wires I have match this pin to pin 1-24 but if I set voltmeter to DC and touch red lead to pin 1 and black probe to pin 3 common I get a zero reading I assume power supply is supposed to be powered up from 115-120 outlet to do this correct?
