I found this in the 2001 Lionel Classic Trains Volume 2 catalog regarding the WP 6464-250 boxcar.

IMO there are 31 cars in the reissue series and a collection is not complete without this second WP car.
Edited to add photos of car and original box.
I am certain this was the first time the car has been removed from the box.
