"Completed software" is an oxymoron, and "don't let perfection be the enemy of the good" came to mind when I listened to Dave's podcast. I hope Lionel can ship the Base3 + App with the 0-99 TMCC addressing and today's Legacy features without excessive delays awaiting features that apply to only a single engine (so far).
