Is the Passenger Car Photo Index partially down?

One of my favorite websites is the Passenger Car Photo Index found at this location.

I have found over the last few weeks that I can no longer get to specific pages for the railroads' various cars. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I realize that the current site was taken over by a new group after the unfortunate passing of the original creator and I am hoping that this treasure of information is not going away.

Any insight would be most helpful. Thank you!
