The only one for the MPC era requires being a member of the LCCA.
I personally would highly recommend joining the LCCA (I have been with them since 2011). As a member, you have access to exclusive LCCA products, publications, and the Historical Model Train Archive. The archive contains Lionel Catalogs, magazines, service manuals, advertisements, and much more.

Hi Bryce, great post, On your first link to the Lionel Website, there is a "Resources" tab at the top, under that heading is a "Owners Manuals"

In this section is a drop down menu for "Product Supplements". This is the holy grail for parts lists and exploded repair diagrams.
The first supplement is over 500 pages and with a starting date of 1970
