Is this a KMT car?

I purchased at an auction this unboxed New Hope and Ivyland boxcar. In pristine condition, (unlike how it photographed), but without any identifying paperwork or markings on undercarriage but advertised as KMT. As seen in photo, magnetic auto-couplers are undersized compared to the couplers on Atlas, Lionel, or MTH boxcar trucks. Wondering if this is actually a 2-rail boxcar rather than 3-rail.

Any info on date of manufacture or other details appreciated including whether this really is from KMT.
