It happens to the best of us…

I was downstairs staging the layout for visitors this weekend. I usually stage 6 different trains to provide variety on the Mains and passing sidings. It started out a relaxing afternoon…….until the F40’s broke loose from the Superliners and crashed into the rear of my Stack Train which happened to be on the same track, not the siding. They actually seemed to pick up speed before impact.

Pushing the red button on my CABII did nothing.

Broke the rear EOT device on the Lionel Husky Stack. Ouch. I do not know what else is busted. I took some pictures as a reminder, turned off the power and lights and came upstairs.

Poured myself 3 fingers of JD. Decided to post this as writing calms me down.
