IT TEAM TRACK TUESDAY!!! Lets see photos of the action on your railroad's team track. Team tracks are a vital part of day to day real railroad operations. Freight cars of nearly every variety, some passenger train head end equipment, and MOW equipment can be loaded/unloaded on team tracks.
Keep your layout fresh by changing your team track(s) scenes regularly and post photos here on this thread. Last week we had some seriously realistic looking team track scenes and some very humorous ones as well. Remember your layout does not have to be elaborate to have a team track operation. A simple loop of track with a switch to a siding will do the job. Part of the purpose of this thread is to help inspire us to create scenes on our railroads.... using our imaginations
So give it a shot and take some photos of your team track scene while keeping in mind that elaborate is not a requirement. And again if you have elaborately detailed scenes we'd love to see them too!!
This week on The Free State Junction Railway team track in lower Patsburg, we have a Chicago Quincy & Burlington 60 foot automobile boxcar with a load of farm tractors being unloaded. It seems that Zekes Farm Equipment Company, located in a nearby hamlet, is gearing up to sell these fine pieces of machinery for the upcoming planting season.
