It was a horrible fire, no doubt about that.

This is only the beginning of the legal action, not the settlement. Let's not rush to judgment. There's insurance, and, as BIGKID pointed out there will be a lot of documents filed by both the government and the railroad, and this is a complex matter which will be negotiated..
