Pete, I did make the boards, but sadly for whatever reason, the voltage regulator croaked. I believed the 100ma rating, and I suspect they're not up to the task. I ended up just using a serial data buffer and got everything running.

They worked great for testing, but I got them back when they stopped working. I didn't spend any more time on the board.
