K-Line Ford Dealership, Does anybody have instructions for wiring

I bought this the other day, but no box, no cars, and of coarse no instructions.

Can somebody copy them and either send them to via E-Mail or as a attachment to here.

Also are the rotating car displays suppose to be loose in there or are they suppose to be attached to the floor.
