I acquired the conventional K Line Hudson a couple years back and converted to TMCC Command Control with ERR components. It is very simple to do, and for me, worth the small expense. Yes, it is a great detailed engine, scale sized and runs great. Give a shout out to Gunrunner John, GGG, or Stan, or many others for what may be a cause. I had electronics fail in a scale K Line Berkshire and fixed/made better with ERR products, also. Depending upon what monies you have into it, may be willing to invest, ERR would be a worthwhile, great functioning aspect to consider, IMHO.
