To my knowledge, K-Line made three (PRR, Santa Fe 7 So. Pac.) of these all metal executive cars. They are beautiful and originally sold for nearly $100.00 a piece. When K-Line went under, following the Lionel suit, around '07-'08, many big K-Line dealers, and there were specially designated stores, blew out their inventory. Barry's Train Shop was one of them. He was selling the cars at York for $35.00 or three for a $100.00. Today, the price on the secondary market is right up near or beyond the original for this car. The rest of the coaches that match this executive observation sell for substantially less. They are excellent pieces, heavy, but run well and except for diaphragms that dry out but are replaceable hold up beautifully.
