Heres the True Value ready to run set I think it came from:

The switcher definitely only has one motor so either this is a version with only one motor or someone removed a motor which could explain a board getting burned out. It actually did move forward when I first got it but that could have been the first and final run with one motor.

I specifically wanted the Southern Pacific Black Widow shell so maybe I should get another one and just swap the shells to get a working version.
