Hello all ... you may have thought train control was a modern day invention ..mais non ...Karl Bub introduced it's dual train operation ...where two trains run in opposite directions , stopping and starting to share the same track ...sans electricity ..windup ..1905 all this for $5.00 as advertised in Playthings magazine. Please see link for action packed video of two trains playing chicken .

Note on bottom of engine there is a guide to throw the stop lever for the opposite track ...it works perfectly ...( most of the time)
