Reply to "L Rotary Coal Tipple"

The tipple barely starts to rotate and stops and returns to neutral. sounds like a gear is jumping. Unable to isolate it, checked the gear box and it all appears o.k. in there. Any suggestions or knowledge will be appreciated.
