I very much look forward to visit. However, is this the largest family-owned 3-rail 0 gauge layout (31' x 145' = 4495 sq. ft.) in the USA? The classic family-owned Roadside America layout in Shartlesville, PA claims a layout size of 7450 sq. ft.
