You say you printed the decal on a laser printer, but the decals have white on a dark background and laser printers don't print white.  Short of an ALPS printer, how are you making the white lettering like your capacity data on the dark background?

I printed a full sheet of heralds on an 8 1/2 by 11 sheet of Microscale white trim film. These sheets in white or clear run about $2.50 at my local hobby shop.  By printing on white I had my background color and just cut the herald to the size I needed. so actually I was just printing in blue and black.

I wish I had an ALPS. then I'd be printing everything! The capacity data came from an old Walthers O gauge boxcar set. I've been collecting decals along with trains for about the last 30 years so I've got plenty.
