Finally earning my Charter Membership. Freed up enough space in the spare room and finally fabricated the 4x8 table for the layout. It's a Tri-ply/foam sandwich sitting a top a folding dinning table. Some light brown/tan paint as a base coat maybe some darker brown spray paint to ad some depth of color. I believe I will be rotating scenes so I'm not sure if I'll be painting or scenicing the tabletop itself. Now to come up with a track plan. Maybe one of the ones Jerry posted earlier or maybe Ken H has something that will work for me. I would like two loops a passing siding and some spurs. I also foresee a partial upper level for a small city scene. Updates to follow.
