Layout Design Block/Big Ask

At times, I used to have difficulty starting magazine articles, i.e. 'writer's block'. Then I'd find my lead and away we'd go. I'm currently suffering a major case of 'Layout Design Block'.

I'v decided to move back to American Flyer/S gauge and have cleared the never finished 3-rail stuff off the tables. There are some trains running loops on S Helper Track at the moment but I need a total redesign and a plan.

So my question is - anyone out there who likes designing track plans and wouldn't mind generating a starting point for me? I know it is a lot to ask but why not? The east wall is 8' ends at a door, north wall is 12', east could be up to 12' (maybe 14), south is open to rest of basement/laundry etc. Ideally, two trains could run at once, I want to avoid simple loops....
