Layout with Cab1

Hi, I'm going to be building a large layout 28X 18. All my trains are PW. going have a big switching yard and 3 main loops. I have never used the Cab1.

I have the remote and a Base 1 . I have a couple of PW transformers. What will I need to control switches on Ross and Gar-graves units more than 15 switches.

What else do I need also for the remote control sections of track? I'm trying to get a Idea what I will need to make everything work
