Cabinet Bob, thanks, but turns out that's not it. I looked, and the belt seems to be on, but the drive side seems askew. It seems the gears are not "meshing," as the motor is turning but the drive wheel not moving. LCCA is sending me a copy of the invoice, and I'll contact Lionel for a return authorization for them to look at it. Thanks again!
