Yesterday, after about 25 minutes on hold, I heard a human voice. She asked me to make sure that the power supply was putting out the correct voltage. I assured her that it was. She then did some paperwork and later that day I received my RMA number. This morning I dropped, figuratively only, at FedEX. Persistence Pays and I appreciate everyone's support.
