Darn it Jeff... now I'm cruising GitHub ...Shut me down if this is to far afield. There is a post (which I cannot find, is it even on OGR?) with the same group of folks Jeff is talking about. One of the fellows was experimenting with video location detection (as opposed to optical, track sensors etc). Darn it... obsessing.
