I thought I had read recently that the app with the new WIU would come up with everything inactive until this refresh was done. The DCS remote seems to do something like this on its own when it connects to the TIU.

I really only brought this up to point out even the DCS remote and app seem to behave somewhat differently. I don't know exactly how differently.
