Hi Carl -

Is control type for Engine 58 set to Legacy (rather than TMCC) in the Cab-2? The demo code was programmed only to process Legacy engine commands, although it would be pretty easy to add code to handle TMCC engine commands as well.

If so, the problem is either in receiving commands on the PDI bus, or transmitting them on the Moteino radio to the DCS TIU. What do you see on the Arduino serial monitor when you issue commands with the Legacy controller? The program should report any TMCC/Legacy 3-byte commands it receives over the PDI bus.

Also note that the demo code ONLY handles a speed command or coupler command. As written it cannot start up a PS2/3 engine, nor handle a reverse command. The only thing the demo sketch does is increase or decrease the engine speed and fire the couplers.
