Using one transformer, in neutral, with the voltage all the way up (approx. 16 volts out of the 1033, and 18v claimed from the CW-80) I had no bell or whistle. The bell was intermittent and I could not get the whistle. MOONMAN my apologies, it is the 6-82806.
