This is a custom built Accucraft K28, about 40% scratch built using erection drawings and about 80 photos of the actual engine . I had to rebuild the frame to scale and add loads of detail not on the stock model including new tender frame and trucks. It is electric RC battery powered with sound. It runs very smoothly, but has sat on this shelf for 10 years now. I painted the engineer as well. I admire it every day in my train room.
