The fire station that I work at has the old silver metal tree that looks like it was made out of welding rods. The station was built in 58 and a safe bet that the tree is close to that. I thought it could use a engine from the same time era. So I set up a loop of Fastrack and ran the Lionel 2026 and my sons 1st Lionel GP38. I won't be home for Sunday but will have a engine to run. I work in a posting system, so no home base for me on Christmas. I'm sure I could fit an oval of track in the back of my ambulance, but I'd have to leave the gurney behind. I don't think my boss would understand.
