Built these with Model Power LED's and washers. The washers are for #6 drywall screws. I ran a screw through the back and got the hood shape I was going for.

Bob, that is a great idea!! You could also go one step further and remove the black base and glue the bulb to the washer from the top then mount it anywhere there is an eave.
