Lion Master Challenger Whistle smoke

The new LM Challenger has a smoke whistle but there is nothing in the manual about

where to add smoke fluid for the whistle or the switches under the engine for the

whistle smoke.

The manual calls for Lionel 6-37841 fluid for warranty coverage. None comes with the engine.

Where can you get Lionel smoke fluid?
