BT is OK if you show up somewhere and want to run a BT equipped train and don't have a remote. However, I agree with Marty, with modern Legacy locomotives you lose a ton of functionality with the BT control. It basically turns it into an LC locomotive, not what I paid all that money for when I bought my fancy Legacy steam!
