Thanks guys, looks like I am not missing something. I had used the remote that came with it to adjust the sound instead of the universal. The horn did become louder (as did everything) but it is still weak relative to the bell and announcements. I will try the universal tonight to see if anything changes. Thanks again for the help.
It's not going to get any louder.
This is how it works- a limitation of the recording levels they used for the sounds.
The universal remote or hotspot and the app still are not going to magically unlock a setting related to the horn volume only.
Again, this series of engine is limited to only global- all sounds getting universally louder or quieter. You cannot adjust crew talk quieter while expecting to be able to turn up horn. They are what they are. Horn is definitely weaker than bell or crew talk in the E33 Rectifier engine from the same basic timeframe and series.
