I concur - definitely USRA Light prototype/inspiration.

Also, hasn't this boiler/tender body been used in some of Lionel's S-scale offerings? I have never had my hands on either this O-gauge loco or any Lionel S-scale product for a comparison. Not sure of the size of this Lionchief loco.
