I agree with David Johnstons post. Over the years I have repaired, upgraded and reconditioned many postwar transformers. On over 50% of the 1033‘s I’ve worked on have had inoperable circuit breakers. If I was using a 1033 with the original circuit breaker, I would test it on a regular basis. Jim Lawson
