Lionel 1034 Transformer Resettable Circuit Breaker Current....

Could someone please tell me what amp circuit breaker I should be using in my 1034?

I use 15A in my ZW & KW 10Amp in my 1033.

When I put the 10Amp in the 1034, it won't trip when I short the terminals...
