Just the 5 sets of switches if they are 1122/1121 style, the three bulbs per pair, are using just about all of the 45 watts available from the output of the 60 watt(input) 1041 before you even put a train on the track.

You simply need a larger transformer. Look at the LW, SW, & KW as replacements.
