I have a brand new fresh out of the box. Lubed and oiled everything and put it on the track and applied power and noticed the head lite was not working. Tried to make it go forward and backwards nothing. I tried this for awhile and finally it moved and the head lite came on. So I run it a little while and rail sounds work and maybe it needs broke in and then it quits again and no head lite. So I tinker with it awhile and it runs again and head lite works and then quits. Now nothing works. So I took it apart and looked things over and see no broken wires and nothing out of the ordinary. I put power to it and the e-unit contacts work but will not move. The armature in the motor can turn and is free. I see the circuit board and wonder if that is the problem or something else? My other Hudsons 783, 784, 785 etc work on the same track. Does Lionel even have parts for this now? Or where I can get it repaired. Anyone have any ideas what might be wrong?
