Beauty is in the Eye of the Beholder, one mans trash, is another mans treasure. Example, the fairly recent Lionel Legacy Southern Pacific Cab Forward, painted in the Daylight Paint Scheme. It turned out to be a huge success. I personally like the new Challenger in this colorful paint scheme. Also, collector items are not made, actually, it just happens. So, to go back to Lionel, and the girls set, they were trying to say, it’s OK for girls to collect trains to. ??? I think Lionel is simply reaching out to attract a new audience...Happy Railroading....
